The architectural design of this building includes its construction in seismic zone II compliant with RCC framed structure and satisfying all earthquake safety requirements. The walls are cemented with solid concrete block masonry. All the internal and external walls are smoothly plastered with gypsum/POP punning to give even finish. There has been the use of designer high quality vitrified tiles for the kitchen, living, dining and family area.
