The structure of the building is designed in seismic zone II compliant structure with concrete block masonry. All the internal walls are smoothly plastered. The interiors are painted with oil – bound distemper while the exteriors are done up with emulsion paint. There are vitrified ceramic tiles in the living, bedrooms, balconies, kitchen, utility areas and toilets. The toilets are well furnished with white WHB and EWC of Hindware. Hot and cold water mixture units for showers are there in each toilet with health faucet in the master bedroom toilet.
