The
structure of the building is designed in seismic zone II compliant structure
with concrete block masonry. All the internal walls are smoothly plastered. The
interiors are painted with oil – bound distemper while the exteriors are done
up with emulsion paint. There are vitrified ceramic tiles in the living,
bedrooms, balconies, kitchen, utility areas and toilets. The toilets are well
furnished with white WHB and EWC of Hindware. Hot and cold water mixture units
for showers are there in each toilet with health faucet in the master bedroom
toilet. There are toilet ventilators in fixed glass with provision for fixing
exhaust in each toilet.
The
main door is done up with hardwood doorframe coated with enamel paint while
other doors and windows are powder coated with aluminium and made of good

modular kitchen is decked up with granite platform with stainless steel sink
and glazed tiles. Electrical provisions include branded modular switches, fire

(ELCB) in each flat.
Every apartment is provided with 3 KW power along with
internet connectivity. All the plumbing lines are pressure tested and fitted
with good quality CP fittings and B – class pipes. All the water supply lines
are of CPVC/PPR of reputed make and there is also the use of PVC sewer lines.
